This form of bodywork is soothing, nurturing, and done in the comfort of your own cozy clothes.

Allow your nervous system and muscles to relax through a gentle intuitive series of thumbing, pressing, compression, twisting, and pulling from head to toe. With the use of blankets, pillows, bolsters, and blocks, this practice will have you feeling supported and held.

Please Note: This practice is done on a large cushioned mat and requires close proximity between client and I.

Consider this a very slow moving yoga class, usually no more than seven poses. Each pose is held for five to eight minutes at a time, and with the use of props. Using props such as blankets, bolsters, and blocks allows the body to relax into the pose. Breathwork is interwoven through the practice to keep present with the moment. The only assistance I provide would be to position props to allow transition periods between poses to be as gentle as possible.

Experience a deep meditation while being tucked in on a large cushioned mat. Props such as blankets and bolsters are provided for comfortability. The goal of this practice is to lay in savasana pose for the entire session while being led through several mental practices that allow the body to rest in a wakeful state and to access the Delta brain waves. In this sacred space we can plant seeds of intention deep within our heart.

My name is Tate O’Brien

am a 500-RYT and certified Level 4 practitioner in Thai Yoga Bodywork. My love of the outdoors brought me to Colorado Springs, CO. I find inspiration for my yoga and healing practices through my time in nature.

Holding space for others is a gift that comes naturally to me, and I do not take that honor lightly. Through my own personal journeys, I have realized that allowing myself to be held by and in my community is a beautiful way to heal; physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. I meet people where they’re at currently in life and provide the unconditional loving support that we all need.

My practices combine ancient yogic philosophies from various lineages with modern sciences to create a seamless experience. By providing a safe, sacred space in a soothing atmosphere, I hope to help others better regulate their nervous systems while relieving tension held in the body.
